UEIC Group runs a three-tier structure: UEIC International Holdings Limited (BVI) holds global equity and IP; the Hong Kong operations center (Ganghong International Group) handles international business and settlement; the Shenzhen entity carries R&D and local delivery. The group operates AI-natively — a tiny team leveraging AI to run multiple business lines spanning web properties, AI content production and intelligent operations.
Where ueic.net Sits in the Group
ueic.net is the group's intelligent operations (AIOps) business line. It grew out of a simple fact: UEIC itself operates a server fleet across Singapore, Los Angeles and Tokyo plus local GPU workstations. Years of accumulated SRE experience, monitoring scripts and incident instincts are being systematically packed into models. Cockpit AI and WatchTower follow the same principle: prove it on our own production first, then productize it for SMEs that, like most, have no dedicated ops team.
